Marcus Douglas began playing the organ and piano by ear at the age of five. By the age of twelve, he was playing for his church youth choir. In 2013, Marcus graduated from Full Sail University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Production. In 2014, Marcus founded Pure Sound Production, Inc., a company that provides piano lessons, songwriting, produces music for songs, audiobooks, radio, commercials and video games, scores films, and provides musician services for various events.Currently, Marcus serves as the Music Director at Harambee Community Church, organist and pianist at West Jacksonville Church of God in Christ, and the Director of Instrumental Music for the Central Florida First Jurisdiction of the Churches of God in Christ Inc. Marcus has many notable accomplishments. He has worked with Big Citi Loops creating piano demos for films, commercials and television and Stellar Award nominee Brian Andrew Wilson on his record, One Percent. Additionally, Marcus has worked with local artists T'Juan, John Owens, and Carmelyn Kinsey. In Summer 2016, Marcus debuted his greatest achievement to date, the release of his single, "Lord Your Say So."
